  1. I just signed up for a membership. What happens next?
    Once your membership is activated, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with your billing/shipping information. (Should you notice any errors, please contact us immediately at info@mosh-posh.com so that we can make the necessary changes.) Your membership will begin with the current month’s kit, unless we are sold out. Then your membership will begin with the following month’s kit.

  2. What day of the month is my credit card billed?
    Members are billed each month on the 1st. If you sign up for a membership after the 1st, your credit card will be billed soon thereafter and ship out 1-3 days after payment is received. If using PayPal, your kit will be shipped out immediately upon recieving invoice payment.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.

    If you would prefer to use PayPal you may do so, however If payment is made by PayPal, payment for ALL months is required in advance. Please email us at info@mosh-posh.com to do payment this way.

  4. When am I charged for Add-Ons?
    Add-ons are charged seperately from your monthly kit. You will see additional charges for these items at the beginning of the month.

  5. What is the Autoship Policy?
    Once you have completed your initial subscription you have the option of autoship each month. Please notify us of your cancellation before the 10th of the prior month in which you wish to cancel. For example, if you wish to cancel February kit, please notify us before January 10th.

  6. When are kits shipped out?
    Due to the high volume of kits we ship, we need a few days to pack and ship kits. Kits will ship the 5th-10th of every month.

  7. Can I skip a kit?
    Skipping kits is allowed according to the following:

    3-month subscription: 1 skip allowed
    6-month subscription: 2 skips allowed

    To skip a month, simply email us at info@mosh-posh.com before the 28th of the month you wish to skip. This will then automatically lengthen your subscription by one month.

  8. What if I need to cancel my membership early?
    This is an unfortunate situation, 3 or 6 month memberships will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee for early termination of your subscription agreement.

  9. How do I update my billing or shipping information?
    You can securly update this information on the bottom of the Home Page under Membership Updates.

  10. What if my kit arrives damaged?
    Occasionally this happens. Please contact us immediately as we will replace the contents. We do require you to send back the damaged kit and will refund the shipping charges you incur.

  11. Can I prepay for a subscription?
    You sure can! Just send us an email to info@mosh-posh.com stating the length of subscription you would like. We then can bill your card or send you a Paypal Invoice for the total of the subscription. You will be charged for all kits+shipping and sales tax, if applicable in your area, for the subscription. 3 months: $90.75 (U.S) shipping included and 6 months: $166.50 (U.S.) shipping included.

  12. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do! We have many ladies we ship kits to all over the world. Canada and Mexico shipping is $7.25 First Class. Europe and Japan are $17.00. This takes anywhere from 10-21 days for you to receive.

    Brazil is $25.00 shipped Priority Mail with Insurance.

    We currently do not ship International packages on daily basis. We do ship out every Friday to international members.

  13. I would like to register for the message board. What is the VIP code?
    We have had trouble with automated message board registrations from spammers, so we now require that you enter a VIP code when you register. The VIP code is MPaddict7.
