Return Policy

If your kit is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately as we will replace the contents. We do require you to send back the damaged kit and will refund the shipping charges you incur.

Recurring Payments

If payment is made by PayPal, payment for all months is required in advance. If payment is made by credit card, members are billed each month on the 10th. If you sign up for a membership after the 5th, your credit card will be billed soon thereafter and ship out 1-3 days after payment is received. Kits are shipped out on the 5th of every month.

Cancellation Policy

This will be done on a case by case basis. We understand situations that come up and will work with members who need to cancel due to unforseen financial circumstances. You will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee for the time it has taken for us to set-up your subscription in our system.

Shipping

We will ship your kit via USPS. You will be charged $6.75 per kit.
